This may seem an odd question, but has anyone looked into
supporting the PD hardware serial hack on NetBSD? I'm running NetBSD
on a Sun4/260 that I have acquired, and am evaluating(/thinking) of at
least trying it on my good old A500 (68030 w/882 + 8meg 32 bit ram).

Other odd hardware that I have is the VXL-30 (+ RAM), and a
GVP series 2 SCSI card.

Also, does NetBSD require memory to be contiguous? I have the
ability to add memory to the GVP as well as the VXL (albeit slower).
Just wondering. Living on a 300Mhz alpha w/96 meg of RAM at work
tends to frighten one of X w/ 8 meg of RAM.

Dave.
