I have managed to successfully compile X11R6 with fix-12.  However,
it chokes during the install:

...
installing in programs/rgb...
make: don't know how to make rgb.pag. Stop
*** Error code 2

Stop.
*** Error code 1

Stop.


rgb.pag is listed under $DATAFILES of the Makefile... but there's no trace
of it.
(I even checked the source archive)

Any ideas?
