Run AmigaOS with async scsi data transfers, and set sbic_inhibit_sync=1
with the new fixed binpatch or in /sys/arch/amiga/dev/sbic.c

A new scsi driver is being worked on, but I guess E.H. will need a bit
longer to finish it.
