Subject: Problems setting up /usr

I *had* netbsd up and running perfectly. But I screwed a bunch of files up
and decided the best thing to do would be to re-install from scratch. No
problem I thought. What I did is remove the BSD partitions, set up one large
partition over them and formatted under amigados. I then re-did the
partitioning the way I had it before (Yes, I have checked it 6 times so far to
be sure it's EXACTLY the same.)
All partitions have automount turned off, custom file system, no custom boot code,
reserved blocks beginning and end at 0.

Anyways, now when I run the install disk, it gets to the part where it asks
me which drive I want to set for my usr. I select sd0, as always. Then it
asks what partition. I choose i. It then grinds a bit and comes up with this
error:
newfs: /dev/rsd0i: can't figure out file system partition
/dev/sd0i on /mnt/usr: incorrect super block
The install script will just go on as if nothing happened, but I don't have
my /usr partition anymore.
Any ideas?
