I'm running NetBSD-1.0 on my A2000/030 with a Quantum LPS 270 HD.
I have installed 1.0 several times according to FAQ/install docs
but I keep getting the same warning, although it does not seem to cause
any adverse effect. Maybe someone can explain why this is or how I
can fix it.

When the system comes up I get the following warning...

warning found rdb->ncylinders(2754)!= rdb->highcyl(2697) + 1

When I run disklabel sd0 I get something like this...

partition c 0 offset unused cyl 0-2753
partition c extends past end of unit.

I have checked with HDToolbox and all the cyclinders seem to be OK.

Have I missed something or done something wrong???

Thanks in advance.
Norman
