After modifying /usr/lib/X11/X11/rgb.txt how do I rebuild the rgb.db?

Also, how can I modify the colour map on X screens (particularily
with the XamigaMono server).

I'm asking this because my A4k has a flaw that causes nasty
horizontal flickering on screens with pure white (16/16/16 or
255/255/255).
