I'm having terrible trouble with a Quantum 80 meg drive and NetBSD.  The drive
works fine in AmigaDOS mode - confirmed by reading and writing 80 megs to the
drive.  If I partition it for UNIX, however, >reading< from the drive locks
the machine up.  Writes to the drive have no such problem.

I thought maybe it was a problem with the Quantum disconnect feature, but
turning it off had no impact.  

I >really< need this drive for additional swap space.  Can anybody offer any
advice at all?
