If you plan to start on the Great Pmap Bughunt, I strungly suggest you 
upgrade your kernel, at least to -current.  1.0 has a problem with DDB, 
so after certain panics, esp. jump to zero, the system will lock up 
instead of jumping to DDB or rebooting.
