I was just about to compile clisp, and suddenly ran into a silly bit
that I don't know...  Does NetBSD (I'm running the 1.0 bin-dist, with a kernel
compiled from 1.0 sources) use the ASCSII or ISO Latin-1 character sets? :^}

	I didn't see any options to this effect in the kernel config, and have
no idea where else to look to find out...

	Can someone straighten me out on this one?
