I will be reworking the audio driver into the framework used by the i386
port.  This will give us compatability with the other ports that choose
to do this.  It supports more of the ioctl's (such as AUDIO_FLUSH) that
are in the sun driver.  Its also well abstracted to provide for multiple
audio-hardware support.
