 Normal, or at least until now. NetBSD-Amiga does not support disconnect
and reselection for tape drivers. Hence the entire system is busy (not 
entirly freezed, you can continue typing..).

 Hm, this looks rather like a problem with your tape.

 All I can guess here is, that the machine is quite busy with tape and
adosfs at the same time. adosfs is slow itself already.
