Should be in the base distribution and manifest at /usr/libexec/ld.so:

grizu% ls -l /usr/libexec/ld.so
-r-xr-xr-x  1 bin  bin  57344 Jul  9 13:55 /usr/libexec/ld.so

(this is on a 1.0alpha system, your size may vary)
