Hi folks... Me as usual <grin>. I have a feq questions etc....

1) Is there any way (ie. what should I patch in the kernel (I know its
lazy of me to ask, but while I'm using the phone bill ;-)), to let the
kernel ignore the DMA mask the A2091 gives it - I have a buggy ROM that
gives spurious values, so I'd like to "hard wire" the system to use
the CHIP RAM as a buffer (Polled IO is really killing the system,
specially when you edn up swapping (a lot on my machine ;-))

2) I'm still hunting for the non-contigous RAM kernel patches - I really
would be eternally grateful to anyone who could point me at them!

3) Hubert - I may have an old edition of the networking FAQ, but in my
copy (15th May) you mention "Any hints for how to set up dial-in welcome"
regarding SLIP; Well, I have got sliplogin working fine for dialup
and if someone else has mentioned it I can write something up for you.
(Works flawlessly - unlike Linux which has buggy serial code <ROTFL ;->)

Cheers for all the responses to my last pestering - I had too many to
reply to all individually, but was much appreciated.

Cheers, Tim.
