I think it's this one (very interesting book!):

	The design and implementation of the 4.3BSD UNIX operating system
	Leffler, Samuel J. / MacKusick, Marshall Kirk / Karels, Michael J.
	Addison-Wesley series in computer science
	Addison-Wesley Reading (Mass.), 1989

There's also a 1990 reproduction with corrections, but that's not part
of our library.
