I've been getting this error (with subsequent disk lockup) intermittently
(once 4 times in an hour) under heavy scsi disk load.  Any hints?

I have an A3000 8MB fast with a 105MB  quantum at sd0 (id 2), seacrate
1096n at sd1 (id 4) and a quantum 52mb (not used 'cept for ados) at sd2
(id 6).  I've been building (and rebuilding) my own kernel while testing
grf_cl, so that may be whats going on.  But I have no clue exactly what
causes the error or how to fix it.
