Does anyone have the programming/SCSI specs for the WangDAT 1300?

Specifically, how do I put it into variable block mode, or how
do I use it under NetBSD in variable block mode?
Also, can it go into audio mode for reading audio tapes?
I have used a DAT connected to a SGI and it was able to play/rec
audio, and I was wanting to do the same thing with mine.
