Hi,

Thanks to the author of tcsh, I can now use ISO-8859-1 character set with
tcsh on NetBSD-Current.  The trick is to #undef NLS at the end of confic.h
(it seems that the NLS support of NetBSD isn't advanced enough or something
like that).

If someone doesn't want to compile his/her own tcsh, I can ftp the 6.05.00
version binary somewhere.
