This message usually comes if the network-device (le0, sl0, ...) parsonsnb's
IP-address belongs to isn't configures. If you don't have/need any networking
device, just set up sl0 as parsonsnb (with the corresponding IP-number) in
/etc/hostname.sl0. See /etc/netstart for what to put into that file.

Yup! Set ttye1's restart(?)-field to "off" in /etc/ttys.
