Does anyone have or know where I can get the sources for
XamigaECS16?  I've tried merging the XbsdCC sources from 
ftp.uni-regensburg.de (X11R5-mit.tar.gz) with my R5 tree,
but have not had any success building the server.  It seems
that it is missing an include file "bp.h".  Are there perhaps
more recent sources available?

I'd be especially interested having an ECS color X server
for 2 bitplanes instead of 4, so that I can use all four greyscales
on my A2024. That would also hopefully be faster (or rather, less 
slow :-) ) than the 16 color version.

Any info would be appreciated.
