not really I can probably give out the file, however from Markus himself
its a big lose.  Real slow.  I haven't ever bothered to make it work
becuase of this.  sys/bankeddev.h is the wrong place for it.  All I really
needed to do was change this to machine/ or amiga/dev/ however like I said
it just didn't work as was planned (I thought it was a neat idea)
