It is a Screenmode definition file for the retina, as made by the
"Define Monitor" tool that comes with the Retina. It is simply renamed
Xconfig and copied to, mh, well I don't know the exact location,
probably /usr/X11/lib.

Xconfig is just plain ASCII and if you know what you are doing, you
can make one yourself.
