  My changes to the '040 MMU setup are now in the -current source tree.
They should reduce the amount of memory used by the kernel a bit (i.e.
64K per process).  I haven't been able to verify that the '030 MMU stuff
still works, so I could use some feedback if '030 systems work or not.
Also, I think I have fixed a bug with some uninitialized memory that was
in the '030 MMU setup.
