The kernel with the conf.c and xxxtty() changes that I mentioned
	earlier appears to work OK although the Lance ethernet performance
	appears to have dropped a bit.

	Remember to recompile fsck after you make sure your kernel works
	so that the filesystem clean flags stuff works properly.

	Chris H., has Mike or anybody else sent you the conf.c, ser.c,
	ite.c, mfc.c, etc. changes yet? They are pretty small.
