Yep,

after a little while I noticed that this 2011 is really for these
kind of "hacks" (from libraries/configregs.h: A special "hacker"
Manufacturer ID number...).  So, it's actually RMF who has been
a little bit poor and hasn't registered itself as a manufacturer
with C= (the card is a over one year old so at that time C= did
exist, I think).
