I asked on IRC or s.th. if there where any objections, and nobody
protested. 

Btw, if you really would like to name it more boring, it would have to
be if_as.c (ARCnet with SMC chipset). There might be a if_ad.c
(Datapoint Corporation) in the future.

/sys/net/if_arcsubr.c and /sys/netinet/if_arc.h exist already, by the
way. I really don't want to name it too similar.
