I am trying to install rootfs_720, onto a hard drive controlled by a 2091,
'dcp' and  'filetodev' reference 'scsi.device', which on the installation
disk for version1.3, doesn't exist.

	NOTE: Actually, I am using a IVS vector for NetBSD, but it doesn't seem to
	      "behave" when working with either filetodev or dcp.  I haven't quite
	      figured out why...

[Q] Is there a 2.x installation disk for A2091? 

	NOTE: If the above is yes, then I assume 'scsi.device' is on this disk.
	      How do I go about getting the disk, do I really have to ask
	      Commodore to ship me this?  I really don't want to wait!

[Q] If 'scsi.device', is not on the disk, is it on the 2.x systems disk?
