Umm, the mirrors that exist now get through fine.  I prefer ftp'ing to 
US sites as well should other US residents..  I get 90k/s to US sites
5k/s to eunet. As I stated before sun-lamp gets mirrored all over the 
world eunet does not get mirrored to the states.

No-one should be trying to ftp to sun-lamp.

sup and ftp mirrors exist.  try ftp.iastate.edu in (US)
