Now that NetBSD has converted to 64 bit off_ts, what should
be done about binary releases?

I'm in the process of building a new binary release, but if I
understand the "current" mailing list correctly, almost
everything else needs to be updated at about the same time.

We are going to need a new X11 stuff, etc. [in addition to
a new 64 bit root_fs for people starting out]

Can we formulate a plan on all this stuff?
