amiga-dev: GCC config files

I'd like to have the m68k-cbm-netbsd GCC config files
& the configure diff.  Where are they?  I'll do my best
to install them at FSF for 2.6.

PS. a user question: I want to swap on two devices so
    I put:
    "config		vmunix root on sd0a swap on sd0b swap on sd3b"
    in my config file.  Now after swapon -a has been executed
    swapinfo says:

    Device      512-blocks       Used  Available   Capacity
    /dev/sd0b        41405      26480      14925      64%
    /dev/sd3b        41265  *** not available for swapping ***

    How come?
