Could this also be a potential fix for xsrc/40321?
In any case, is this worth a pullup to netbsd-5?

If not, any knowledge about if fixing DRI for netbsd-5 is planned?  It
seems pretty close to working, but currenly cannot work at all because
of this module loading problem.
