MirBSD patch for bmake (again)

Hello,

I am trying one more time to get this patch to the bmake unit tests
into pkgsrc. As it was considered dangerous to use printf instead of
echo in the modts test, I modified it so that only MirBSD uses printf
while the other architectures use echo. I tested the test suite under
MirBSD and NetBSD. Under MirBSD, the bootstrap script runs fine.
