multimedia/xanim/Makefile.codecs uses
.include "../../mk/bsd.prefs.mk"

Is that necessary?
multimedia/xanim/Makefile has the same line a bit further down.
It turned out to be a problem to set USE_IMAKE only after
../../mk/bsd.prefs.mk is included since at least with my setup some
variables are initialized incorrectly.

Is it OK to delete the inclusion of ../../mk/bsd.prefs.mk from
multimedia/xanim/Makefile.codecs  and include Makefile.codecs in
multimedia/xanim/Makefile only after ../../mk/bsd.prefs.mk?
