I have noticed over past week that belnet.dl.sourceforge.net
(193.190.198.97) times out. It is the first entry for
MASTER_SITE_SOURCEFORGE.

Also, citkit.dl.sourceforge.net (217.16.26.163) times out too.

Is anyone else seeing same?

I don't see belnet on sf for choosing preferred mirror. I do see citkit
and for some reason it works fine for me on another server (same IP too).
