I just recompiled net/bind9 on IRIX 5.3. At one point of the compile
stage the process terminated with an error that libcrypto.so.0.9.7 could
not be found.
Indeed, in work/.buildlink/lib there was a symlink for libcrypto.so but
none for libcrypto.so.0.9.7.
Manually creating the latter worked around the issue.
Now I am wondering there the problem originates from.

On other platforms, does including security/openssl/buildlink3.mk create
a libcrypto.so.0.9.7 symink in the buildlink lib directory?
