Hello all,

   I finally have some time to investigate
http://www.netbsd.org/cgi-bin/query-pr-single.pl?number=36963. I tried
booting from my debug kernel, but I get a panic, due to an assertion, on
line 450 in
http://cvsweb.netbsd.org/bsdweb.cgi/src/sys/kern/kern_ksyms.c?annotate=1.31&only_with_tag=netbsd-4-0-RC2.
The assertion is: "symstart != NULL && strstart != NULL"

   This happens as soon as the kernel + memory disk image is loaded.

   Also, when I tried to run "reboot" in ddb, ddb itself faulted.

   Does anyone know offhand where the problem may lay?
