I allocate with the X flag and it seems to work:

/* in sljitExecAllocator.c */
        return (void *)uvm_km_alloc(module_map, size,
            PAGE_SIZE, UVM_KMF_WIRED | UVM_KMF_ZERO | UVM_KMF_EXEC);
