I wonder
(1) how that flag should be defined
(2) which *.mk file should have this

For (1) I think "OBJDUMP_ARM_AOUT_FLAGS" like this:

For (2), not sure which is better bsd.own.mk or bsd.sys.mk etc.

Note:
- sgimips has similar flags to generate ecoff bootloaders
- I'm not sure if we can use elf2aout(1) for old ARM firmware
