Clearpoint had a 128MB card for this system. 

The Comp.Sci lab director at NCSU had one in his office after "hushpuppy"
was upgraded from a 3/280 to a SPARCstation 5. Sadly, I wasn't able to get
to him in time and he threw the board away.

I'm still mad. My 3/260 has 32MB and one of the 8MB boards has a failed
chip on it. Usually the machine boots, sometimes it doesn't. The problem
is "correctable" by hardware but "still"...
