You have the keyboard connected then. Did you try without it, to see if it
swichtes to serial port ?

That would mean the nvram has been erased. Check the various Sun FAQ (there
are some on www.netbsd.org, under the sun3 and sparc port pages),
it should explain how to reprogram it.
