Hello, I continue to have problems with Xkernel's 'final' NFS mount of it's root
filesystem.

First of all, many thanks to al those who have replied to me with suggestions as
to the possible cause of this.

recap: I'm attempting to 'Xkernel' NetBSD onto a Sun3/60 (and today a 4/25 aka
ELC) from a Linux box. I have this working with Sun binaries, but I'd much
rather use NetBSD-Sun3 binaries.

The whole process works easily until the stage where /sbin/init should execute.
today I turned on all debug logging I could think of (ie /etc/syslog.conf has
*.debug going to /var/log/messages and mountd and nfsd are -d) and I finally
have a report of an error. I don't understand it. Appended below is the end of
/var/log/messages including the erorr report. Help?

(in this case mendenhall is the Sun and hector is the server).

Feb 19 16:25:10 hector nfsd[277]: ^Ifullpath=''
Feb 19 16:25:10 hector nfsd[277]: result: 30

The 'create' thingy seems to bail. As I say, I don't know what's going on here.
Can anyone shed any light?

TIA, al.
