Sure. The Sun may be from the days before CIDR, but NetBSD isn't.
Just set up the ifconfig_le0 line in /etc/rc.conf to configure the
interface properly:

    ifconfig_le0="inet 192.168.123.129 netmask 0xffffff80"

or whatever.
