I would just assume that you could just look for one that had
a 13w3 connector on it (I think thats what its called)  
I have a 17 inch sony on my 3/80 and on my sparc 1. 

I know its not much help, but I think if they have the 13w3 connector
u are ok, again I am not 100% sure though.
