Do you have a network?
  Does your SCO box have a compiler? If so, you could boot from it. 

  In general, you can't init the disk from a machine with a different
endianness. There has been lots of talk about doing something about this.
  If the DOS system was expendable, or had another disk for a week or
so, you could install NetBSD/i386 (base12 should do, I think) and
network boot from that. Should be easy, since NetBSD/i386 should have
all the right pieces.
  Another fellow near here (ottawa) was trying to use the tape boot
proceedure with a SCSI disk as "tape drive"
