  It was suggested that I had my jumpers backwards, and was on SCSI id
#7. I reversed it from what I had. I do not have a clue as to why I
put three *on* to get zero. Duh.
  It works, I reconnected the tape drive:

scsibus0 at si0
si0 targ 0 lun 0: <CONNER, CFP1060S 1.05GB, 2035> SCSI2 0/direct fixed
sd0 at scsibus0: 1013MB, 2756 cyl, 8 head, 94 sec, 512 bytes/sec
si0 targ 4 lun 0: <WANGTEK, 6130-HS, 4B18> SCSI2 1/sequential removable
st0 at scsibus0: drive empty
