I just realized that the tapeboot program is broken.
It can not load OMAGIC executables correctly, and that
is the kernel format normally produced for NetBSD/sun3.

Sorry my testing was shoddy.  I've been busy, and I've been
trying to hurry this stuff out so that NetBSD-1.1 can be
completely self-bootstrapping on the Sun3 (no SunOS).

I know how to fix the tapeboot program, but it will take a
few days before I can do it.  I'll announce when it's fixed.
