I've done this on a sparc before, but I was trying to get a SCSI driver 
working and just wanted to see if it worked at all ... I usually 
bootstrap a Sun by netbooting it ... The Sun 3 can label disks now, and 
has native boot code, so you can strip the last remnants of SunOS clean 
away :-)
