I did an rm -rf of the directory under compile, and then config.new ICHABOD
in the conf directory.  I then cd ../compile/ICHABOD and there is no ccd.h .
What makes the sysem generate the ccd.h file in the ICHABOD file?  It is just
a copy of DISKLESS.
