Hello,

more things to play with:
- the kernel now reports lid and AC power status to powerd(8)
- the dbri driver now keeps the chip powered down when not in use
- external mice should work now

The last point wasn't a problem with the microcontroller not forwarding
data - in fact it was forwarding data all the time but our ms driver
kept discarding it because the microcontroller marked packets from an
external mouse with an additional bit in each frameheader.
So I simply made ms ignore this bit and now both the mouse and the
internal pointing stick work. This probably needs testing on other
machines.
