Subject: JavaStation support completely in-tree now

In the last days I pruned my local tree from uncommited patches and fixed all
(known to me) outstanding issues with JavaStation support. Only a single XXX
commented item has been commited ;-)

This means you now can run your JavaStation (at least the JavaStation-NC, aka
"Krups") with a stock distribution. You need /usr/mdec/bootjs.elf on your
tftp server, a DHCP server and a kernel created from the KRUPS configuration.

I don't have any "Mr. Coffee" machines, so I can't comment on that (but I
think they are only missing a kernel config file).

I still need to fix the docs, any volunteers to help with that are welcome.
I'm neither a nroff nor html type of guy (and can't even write proper english
most of the time) ;-)
