It looks like links-gui is the way to go (rather than Dillo) because it
doesn't depend on so much. Unfortunately, I'm in dependancy hell anyway.

There is no png package, and to make png I need zlib. There is no zlib
package, and when I try to build zlib I am told I need to build a newer
pkg_install. I can't build pkg_install because I haven't installed the 't=
ext'
set (and there is no package for pkg_install). I only have 12 MB of free
space (I have already moved /usr/share to another machine to mount over N=
FS).
If someone can point me to a png package it would be much appreciated. (A=
n
old one is okay, I'm the only user here and the machine is firewalled.)

Do the packages on the mirrors get deleted once an exploit is found?
Shouldn't they be rebuilt once new versions are available?

cheers,

John
